Happy December!   We are so excited as this month begins. The children have been full of excitement as they observe all the changes in the world around them. Our last exploration was a success as children explored all about the Fall. We explored apples, pumpkins, trees, leaves, pinecones, amongst many other materials. We weighed, measured, floated, ate, painted, collaged, wrote about, created books, pretended to buy, and ate them, amongst many other things including a trip to the apple and pumpkin farm. Mrs. Estes even volunteered to come and make apple butter with the children. We concluded the theme with a special fall celebration lunch with many of our parents.

Now were are beginning our Exploration on Celebrations. We can't wait to see where the childrens questions will lead us!

Also, if you have any family traditions, music or or recipes you would like to share with the class please contact myself or Ms. Ana as we would love for them to be apart of our school celebration, even better you could come in and demonstrate with us.

WE LOVE PARENT VOLUNTEERS!
